The second grade students had a blast during an action-packed assembly given by the Discovery Cube Science Center, as we kicked-off a new science unit, Balance and Motion.
Through various experiments, we learned about pushing and pulling forces, how forces affect the motion of an oject, and the tools used to move objects.
The students will continue to learn and understand the concepts of forces, motion, inertia, and gravity during weekly visits to our awesome Chandler Science Lab and participate in several exciting hands-on investigations.
